How long should parents support their children financially?
Until they get a job.

Is there a limit? What if someone doesn’t get a job for a really long time?
I would say, 20, maybe; because 18 is still too young. Until they go to college and they’re in their sophomore year.

Do you know people who have not gone to college?
Yes, I know a couple of people who work and did not go to college.

Do your parents still help you now? Yes.

What are you studying?
Prelaboratory science, which is in the medical field. I have one more year left. Then, I have to apply to OHSU and do another year; and then, I can work in any lab.

Where are you from?
I’m from the Middle East. My family lives here, too.
